1.1   To register a ji77 account, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be the individual whose personal details are used during registration; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; and (d) not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

1.3   Ji77 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify that their participation in online gaming is permitted under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. 1.4   Ji77 may decline any account registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

2.1   Each registered player is entitled to hold one ji77 account only. The existence of more than one account associated with the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. Ji77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account that results from the player's failure to maintain credential security.

2.3   If you become aware that your ji77 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ji77 support immediately. Ji77 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

2.4   Account credentials must not be used by anyone other than the registered account holder. Playing on behalf of, or funding accounts for, third parties is prohibited.

3.1   All transactions on the ji77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). 3.2   Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Ji77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

3.3   Ji77 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider.

3.4   Ji77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification and source of funds checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. Processing of affected withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

3.5   Deposits made in error may not be immediately reversible. Contact ji77 support promptly if an unintended deposit is made.

4.1   All bets and wagers placed on the ji77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

4.2   Ji77 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed based on erroneous odds, pricing errors, or corrupted game outcomes. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's ji77 account balance.

4.3   Ji77 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical failure during an active game or betting event, ji77 will follow the applicable resolution rules for the affected product. Live bets interrupted by connectivity issues on the player's end will be subject to the standard disconnection policy for the relevant game type.

4.4   Betting limits — both minimum and maximum — apply to all markets and game types on the ji77 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by ji77 at any time.

5.1   Ji77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the respective promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

5.2   Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are set out in individual promotion terms.

5.3   Ji77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Suspected bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured wagering to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed to be exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

5.4   Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes. Players are not required to accept any bonus offer and may contact support to opt out of bonus programmes entirely.

6.1   Ji77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 6.2   Players who activate a self-exclusion on their ji77 account must not attempt to re-register or continue playing through any other account. Ji77 will take reasonable steps to identify and close accounts opened in breach of self-exclusion arrangements.

6.3   Ji77 prohibits access to its platform by individuals who have identified themselves as problem gamblers or who have been self-excluded. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ji77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any ji77 game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ji77 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through ji77 transactions.
• Using payment methods registered to third parties or otherwise misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, age verification, or self-exclusion measures.

8.1   Ji77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached these Terms; ji77 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; the player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; or regulatory requirements necessitate account action.

8.2   Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, ji77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where misconduct is confirmed, withheld funds may be forfeited.

8.3   Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ji77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

9.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji77's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ji77 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2   Ji77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, arising from use of the ji77 platform.

9.3   Ji77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruption. Ji77 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

9.4   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ji77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10.1   These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ji77's operating entity, as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.

10.2   In the event of a dispute between a player and ji77, the player should first contact ji77 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Ji77 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

10.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal complaints process, the player may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by ji77's applicable regulatory framework.

10.4   Players located in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are subject to change. It is the player's responsibility to ensure continued compliance with applicable local laws.
